For members
Is the app free for me?
Yes. Members never pay for the app. You pay your gym or trainer as usual.
My gym isn't on ShoroFit. Can I still use it?
Yes. You can find other gyms and academies near you, and book online trainers from anywhere in India. Tell your gym about us too!
How do I log in?
With the mobile number registered at your gym and an OTP sent by SMS.
Who can see my data?
Only your gym. A trainer sees your name and number only if you send them a booking request and agree to share it. You can download or delete your data from the app.
For gyms, academies & trainers
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Check-ins are saved on the phone and sent when the internet is back.
Can I move my members from Excel or a register?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you add your members on day one.
How do members pay fees and PT packages?
By UPI straight to your account, or cash at the counter. We don't take a cut of your fees.
I'm a personal trainer without a gym. Can I use it?
Yes. Choose “Personal Trainer” when you register, add your packages, and members across India can book you.
